PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment in full is expected at time of service. Mastercard, Visa, Discover
and American Express credit
cards are accepted. Currently accepting Medicare with 20% co-payment and
deductible paid by patient.
Although our policy has not been to accept medical insurance reimbursement,
exceptions can be made in
certain cases when specific coverage is confirmed prior to visit.
PHILOSOPHY OF PRACTICE:
Our office is congenial and efficient. Your comfort and time are
important. All treatments and surgery
are performed using highly advanced techniques and equipment. We make
every effort to run on
schedule. Our goal is to offer the most competent care in a cost-effective
manner. For your convenience,
we will schedule Lunch Hour Appointments with extra time to ensure that
your wait will be short and that
you can return to work promptly. The office is located convenient to
public transportation and has
adjacent parking facilities.
