Dr. Deitz is internationally recognized and has published on the subjects of Depression, BiPolar Disorder, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. His twenty years of clinical experience integrates a biological and psychological approach to mind and brain. Trained in psychotherapy and psychobiology, Dr. Deitzs work expanded the horizon of traditional psychotherapy by incorporating the concept of the biological dimensions of self into other aspects of the self that were thought to be previously treatable only through intensive psychological intervention.
